1. The university has a record enrollment of 35,568 students last semester. How has this increased enrollment affected you?
"It has affected me since I'm a graphic design student...They're forcing us to go through a program to assess if we're, like, good enough." Green said that this program was just implemented this year and she's a part of the first group to have to go through it. She contributes this to the growth of the university.
2. Should the university continue to grow?
Green believes the school should definitely continue to grow. She thinks it will bring the school closer to the status of other leading schools in Texas like UT Austin.
3. Did the size of the university influence your decision to come here?
No. Green says she came because of the good graphic design program.
4. Does the growth of the university and/or added program to your major make you reconsider your decision to come here at all?
Danielle feels like she made the right choice in coming here and, even though the new program may have tacked on a couple more years of schooling, she appreciates it because it will help her discover if this is really the right major for her.
